Customer Stories
Pool Owners Are Feeling the RIPL Effect.
RIPL helped us with our pool that was a mess from winter, filled with algae and leaf debris. They consistently checked our water, almost daily, until we could finally see the bottom. They are quick with service calls, repair calls, and advice. Personnel were knowledgeable and diagnosed a filter issue right away and solved it. Very nice people who are customer centered.

I love RIPL. The staff – all of them – are excellent. From desk to on-site service, they are responsive, friendly and professional. And my pool looks great. People comment on it. When I did everything myself, it was a disaster. Highly recommend for maintenance and upkeep.

I routinely get my pool water tested and purchase all of my chemicals from RIPL. The customer service is always awesome! Their prices are reasonable and they always help to educate me on everything I have ever needed help with when it comes to maintaining my pool. I make the trip from Cornelius and it is well worth it!!!
