Stopped by the Statesville store this week more for an education on pool maintenance being a first time pool owner. With help from the staff, I purchased burnout and a few other items to address an algae issue. Two days in and the burnout is apparently doing its job. Many thanks to the gentleman (didn’t get his name) who walked me through what was needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to the store and recommend Lake Norman Pool for new and veteran pool owners.

Rain or shine the guys have been here every week keeping the pool clean and water balanced. This week they will come twice due to hard rains causing overflow. Last month they came out same day to replace a leaking sand filter cap. They handle all your pool needs.
